About Akhani LLC

Akhani LLC is the operating company behind two distinct consulting brands — Tech Transpire and True Lean Solutions — each built to serve a different market need, audience, and customer journey. Tech Transpire, founded in 2023, focuses on helping organizations navigate complex business and technology transformations, bringing clarity, alignment, and execution leadership to high-stakes initiatives.

True Lean Solutions began in 2025, when we partnered with a close colleague to help develop a business focused on practical technology solutions, custom development, systems integration, and operational improvement. In August 2026, as Mack Akhani transitioned full-time into leading Akhani LLC, the company acquired the True Lean Solutions brand and brought it into the Akhani portfolio.

Today, both brands operate as DBAs of Akhani LLC, with intentionally distinct positioning, audiences, and messaging — allowing us to meet clients where they are while drawing on the shared leadership, capabilities, values, and delivery resources of one organization.

TLS What is our the referral partner program? A way to earn passive income in the form of commissions simply by introducing us to connections that we can serve.
The TLS Referral Partner Program allows you to introduce people and businesses that need consulting, system integration, custom software or IT recruiting. You make the introduction; we handle scoping, selling and delivery. If the referral becomes a paying client, you earn commission on what they pay us.
TLS Who can join? Consultants, advisors, fractional executives, and anyone with relevant relationships.
The program is designed for people who already advise small and mid-sized businesses. You do not need technical expertise; you need to recognise when a business is struggling with disconnected systems or manual processes.
TLS Does it cost anything to join? No. There is no fee, minimum, or quota.
There is no cost to join and no ongoing obligation. You are not required to refer a minimum number of businesses, and there is no penalty for referring none. The program only pays out when a referral becomes a paying client.
TLSTT How do commissions work? 10% of collected revenue for 24 months from the first invoice.
You earn 10% of what the client actually pays us, for 24 months starting from their first paid invoice. Commission is calculated on collected revenue rather than contracted value, so you are never paid on invoices we never collect.
TLSTT When do I get paid? Monthly, in arrears, once the client has paid us.
Commission is calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid within 30 days, provided the underlying client invoice has been collected. You receive a statement showing each invoice, the amount collected, and the commission due.
TLS How do I submit a referral? Email success@trueleansolutions.com with the subject “Referral Partner Inquiry”.
Send an email to success@trueleansolutions.com with the business name, a contact person, and a sentence about what prompted the introduction. We confirm receipt within one business day and let you know whether it is a fit before we reach out.
TLS What happens after I refer someone? We qualify, scope and deliver. You stay informed without doing the work.
We contact the business, run our discovery process, and scope the engagement. You are never expected to sell, scope, or manage delivery. If the business becomes a client, your commission window opens on their first paid invoice.
TLS Do I have to stay involved in the project? No. Involvement is entirely optional.
Once the introduction is made, nothing further is required of you. Some partners like to stay close to the engagement; others prefer to hand off entirely. Both are fine and neither affects commission.
TLS Is this a binding agreement? No. Nothing is binding until a formal Referral Agreement is executed.
The program description and FAQ are informational. Commission terms become binding only when both parties execute a written Referral Agreement, which we will send before any referral is formally registered.
